Store spotlight: Ecume / Brisbane

My day today started with chocolate torte for breakfast and a new skirt for dessert. C’est magnifique!

I met my gorgeous friend Anni at Anouk in Paddington (Brisbane) for breakfast today. It was one of those days and chocolate torte was the only remedy.

After breakfast she took me to Ecume so that I could see her favourite store. So Jeong is the store’s owner and not only is she delightful she actually has a great eye. I could have bought EVERYTHING.

As we walked through the store we let off a few ooohs and aaaahs, adding to the pile of clothes to try. Anni went first. As one of those women who looks great in anything – put her in a towel and she would be breathtaking – it was quite challenging, deciding what to buy. We each bought a skirt; Anni got a nude pleated number and I bought a terracotta high waist midi. Divine!

I will be back to Ecume soon and if you’re in the neighbourhood you should pop in too! I promise you won’t regret it.
